Proxy bidding
JAC attends most of the significant automobilia auction sales in Europe - the world centre of such sales.
We are usually bidding for ourselves - both to replenish stock and to extend our own collection. This means that
we make a particular point of examining all Swallow,SS and Jaguar items. This gives you the opportunity to
tap into JAC's knowledge and expertise directly by using our proxy bidding service.
In effect, you identify the lots which interest you in the auctioneer's catalogue. You then let JAC know the name, date and
place of the auction, the lot numbers you are interested in and your bidding ceiling. JAC will then handle your bids
in the room. For this service, we charge 15% commission on the auctioneer's total invoice price.
